Bexwell Soup Evenings - Thursday 30th November
The Bexwell Soup evenings are back for the winter. The next one is on Thursday 30th November at 6.30pm. There is no charge but donations are welcome.
Details of the December Soup evening will be announced once they have been confirmed.

Denver Christmas Fair - Saturday 2nd December
The annual Denver Christmas Fair will take place in Denver Village Hall on Saturday 2nd December from 11am to 3pm.
Everyone is welcome to come along and join in the festivities.
Blues Night - raising funds for St Mark's Church - Sat 2nd December
A member of the local community has organised a blues night in Ten Mile Bank Village Hall on Saturday December 2nd.
Doors open at 7.30pm.
This is to raise funds for St Mark's Church. Tickets can be purchased from mcremmington@gmail.com (07943 062246).
CANCELLED - The Downham Market Big Nativity - CANCELLED
Due to logistical reasons, Churches Together have taken the difficult decision to cancel the planned Big Nativity for this year.
They will be looking to hold a similar event next year as this is something the Methodist Church is still looking to host on behalf of the town.
Denver School Messy Church - Monday 4th December
Denver school has begun a half-termly Messy Church with volunteers from both the school and our benefice. The next session will be on Monday 4th December at 3.30pm. If you know of anyone with young children, please do tell them about this new initiative. More details are available from Revd Nigel and Heidi Moat.
Carol Singing at Tesco
Downham Market Churches Together are Carol Singing at Tesco in order to raise funds for the Foodbank Christmas Dinner in a Box Appeal. Everyone is welcome to come along and join us on any of the following dates in December. They are all at 6.30pm unless otherwise stated: Wed 6th; Mon 11th; Mon 18th (7.30pm); Wed 20th; Sat 23rd.
Advent Compline - Bexwell Church - December 6th, 13th and 20th
On Wednesday December 6th, 13th and 20th Bexwell Church will be holding candlelight Compline services at 8pm. These services have their own unique character, especially at night in the winter months in this ancient place. Each service will last for about 20 minutes, and is very peaceful and calming.
Downham Market Academy Music Recital - Wednesday 13th December
Downham Market Academy are hosting a music recital in St Mary's Church, Denver on Wednesday 13th December from 5pm.
Everyone is invited to come and along and support the school in this venture.
New Year's Eve Benefice Service - St Mary's Church, Denver
The next benefice service will be at St Mary’s Church, Denver on Sunday 31st December at 11am.
